I am a native Indonesian. My professional journey began in 1998, translating fiction and nonfiction books for publications. All 26 of them have been published and some have even been republished several times in Indonesia.

From 2011 to April 2020 I joined an ATA certified American-based translation and transcription agency specializing in academic, business, immigration, and legal documents, also in cooperation with USCIS for immigration purposes. For 10 years with this agency, I have translated literally thousands of legal, certified documents, business, academic, and general translations from English to Indonesian and vice versa. In most cases the legal and certified translations are delivered to USCIS for immigration purposes. Almost every day I handled translations such as birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates, transcripts, passports, adoption papers, patents, diplomas, contracts, tax reports, etc.

On the side, throughout the years, I have also worked for various clients all over the world, as shown in the Portfolio section.

Since March 2022 I have been mostly involved in mobile application translation projects and classified training modules for international agencies and institutions.

I do not use SDL Trados, but I am proficient using SmartCat and MemSource.
